LVC Fair Job Is a Software Platform, Not a Payment Marketplace
All payments made on the platform are direct payments to LVC FAIR JOB INC for software licenses, candidate-management tools, job-posting technology, and verification infrastructure. We do not intermediate wages, escrow funds, or pass money between platform participants.

Platform Subscriptions
Access to verified talent discovery & job search infrastructure.
Job Postings
Publishing verified employment openings through platform tools.
Candidate Management
ATS pipeline, resume review tools, notes, and applicant tracking.
Screening & Workflow Tools
Assessment modules, scheduling, and interview workflows.
Recruiter Add-Ons
Verified recruiter tools, multi-candidate search, and talent pools.
Hiring Analytics
Real-time pipeline metrics, conversion data, and hiring intelligence.
What LVC Fair Job Does NOT Collect Payments For
Unless LVC Fair Job expressly introduces a separate legally supported product in the future, standard LVC Fair Job payments are strictly not for:
Companies & Employers
Companies pay for software subscriptions, verified job postings, hiring workflows, candidate-management features, and interview tools.
Recruiters
Eligible verified recruiters may purchase software access to recruiter functionality, candidate pipeline workflows, and talent search tools.
Jobseekers
Where optional paid jobseeker software tiers are offered, jobseekers pay for platform functionality. Jobseekers are not paying to purchase a job.
Payment Security & Processing
Payments on LVC Fair Job are securely handled through authorized third-party payment processors (such as Stripe).
- Complete card details and authentication tokens are processed directly by the payment processor.
- Customers must never send credit/debit card numbers, CVV codes, or passwords over chat, messages, or unencrypted email.
- All transactions generate receipts maintained for compliance, dispute resolution, and accounting.
